Beachfront Palms Hotel Galveston

Staff member once we were checking in, acknowledge quickly my dissatisfaction with being charged an additional fee in the amount of $75.00 for my Service dog and make the adjustment immediately, without asking any further questions. Very appreciative accepting my statement without making Us retrieve dog's documents and saving lots of hassle. I very much enjoy the pool lounge area and the cleanliness of it. You can't beat the location. It's located centrally next to a very necessary grocery store, Kroger.

My family and I frequent this hotel. We love how reasonable the prices are for how close it is to the beach, family activities, and Kroger (because if you’re like us, we often forget to pack a thing or two). The pool is always wonderful, the rooms are cozy, and it’s overall a great place to stay.

I loved everything about it how close it was to the pier to be able to go fishing i loved the beds the most it was soo relaxing and comfortable especially if you had the ac on cold it felt so much better

The location was great. The beach is right across the road. There is a Kroger near the hotel. Golden Corral and McDonald's are in walking distance. The hotel serves a hot breakfast. The lobby was very nice. We were there celebrating our 35th wedding and were not disappointed.

Amazing place, location, great privacy, overall a very nice place. You can find everything around the hotel. The room was perfectly neat and well equipped. Breakfast lounge was very generous and varied.
