Beachfront Palms Hotel Galveston

Staff member once we were checking in, acknowledge quickly my dissatisfaction with being charged an additional fee in the amount of $75.00 for my Service dog and make the adjustment immediately, without asking any further questions. Very appreciative accepting my statement without making Us retrieve dog's documents and saving lots of hassle. I very much enjoy the pool lounge area and the cleanliness of it. You can't beat the location. It's located centrally next to a very necessary grocery store, Kroger.

The location was great. The beach is right across the road. There is a Kroger near the hotel. Golden Corral and McDonald's are in walking distance. The hotel serves a hot breakfast. The lobby was very nice. We were there celebrating our 35th wedding and were not disappointed.

That you can use the outdoor pool or the indoor pool at their sister hotel that’s a hop and a skip away plus right by the seawall and Mickey Deez 🥜

Great accommodations for the value. Warm breakfast, welcoming and resourceful staff, privatized layout and conveniently located both on the sea wall and next to a grocery store. Gym, covered large parking area below that is very flexible/ first-come0first serve with more than enough spaces. Pool, although I wouldn't go in it given the birds. Very clean rooms. Laundry facilities for guests were out of order the whole time, however. Next to all the Sea wall main bars with ocean views. Great for the price.
